Job overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will also serve as an Assistant to the Project Management Office (PMO). This dual-role position involves leading the requirements definition process by engaging in effective negotiations with users, accurately capturing their needs, and clearly communicating them to the project team. Additionally, the PMO Assistant will support overall project management and promotion activities.
Business-level English proficiency is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and define project requirements through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Assist the PMO with project planning, progress tracking, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Create, review, and manage requirements definition documents and functional specifications.
- Understand and document user needs and expectations, and communicate them accurately to the project team.
- Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues related to requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication and reporting with stakeholders.
- Support project resource and budget management activities.
- Promote best practices, methodologies, and standards to the project team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or related roles.
- Experience in requirements definition for international projects (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to clearly organize and convey complex concepts and technical information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and software development.
- Business-level English communication skills (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields).
- Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or CCBA in project management or business analysis (preferred).
