We are launching a new data analytics platform project and are seeking 2 BI Engineers to support analysis based on Aeon Group's membership data. This role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, transforming data into insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Strong user communication skills are essential for understanding reporting needs and documenting requirements clearly.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Engage with users to understand reporting needs and communicate effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in BI or data analytics roles.
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google Big Query.
- Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience working in cross-functional or international teams
English Language Skills
- Ability to communicate in English in business settings is preferred.
- Comfortable participating in meetings and writing documentation in English.
- Prior experience in English-speaking environments is a plus.
