Chuyên viên báo cáo / Data Reporting Specialist

1. Key responsibilities:

To manage data accuracy, generate meaningful reports, and deliver insights that support business decisions. This role ensures accuracy in member data, point tracking, voucher issuance, and campaign performance reporting to support standardized reporting, and improve process through data analysis.

  • Define master data quality standards and member information update procedures. 
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of customer data across the systems (CRM, CMS, POS, etc.). Coordinate with system helpdesk and merchants to ensure the system integrations are functioning correctly.
  • Analyze member behavior and campaign outcomes to identify trends and recommend improvements. Track campaign uptake, effectiveness and customer cohorts.
  • Conduct UAT and quality checks for system upgrades related to loyalty programs.
  • Support relevant teams with regular and ad hoc reports for points and vouchers records.
  • Perform account reviews and generate reports as needed for compliance.
  • Recommend improvements in data workflows, reporting automation, and campaign tracking.

2. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, IT or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, or unstructured and structure databases, customer lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of loyalty program mechanism.
  • Experience working with CRM, POS, and loyalty platforms.
  • Solid understanding of business KPI and performance tracking.
  • Working knowledge with BI tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Communication English skills.
