Chuyên viên vận hành / Operation Specialist (Loyalty Program)

1. Key responsibility: To manage the daily operations of the loyalty program and promotion services (WAON Point Program), ensuring accurate execution of member activities, rewarding processing, issue resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient support.

  • Operate and monitor the loyalty program platform, including point issuance, redemption, voucher management, etc. Handle customer and merchant inquiries related to loyalty program and promotion activities, resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up on discrepancies between system data and merchants’ systems for reconciliation and recommend workflow improvements. Perform reconciliation for assigned merchants on time.
  • Conduct UAT and quality checks for system upgrades related to loyalty programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and merchants/partners to ensure smooth reward fulfillment.
  • Review/Propose to change in procedure to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support marketing promotional campaigns related to loyalty programs, promptly reports on promotional performance and member activity.

2. Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer loyalty programs, operations or services coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, or e-commerce backends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Customer Services or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, especially with customer data.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, using ticket management or manual workflow tools.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Communication English skills.
