The WAON POINT Program (also referred to as the “Program”) is a joint sale promotion program implemented and operated by ACSTV and Participating Partners, including AEON Vietnam. The program is for AEON Vietnam's loyal customers and loyal customers of participating Partners. When participating in the Program, members register for a WAON POINT Program’s member account to record WAON Points when purchasing goods/services at AEON Vietnam's Shopping Locations. In addition, Members can enjoy shopping services and incentives such as: Privilege to participate in attractive incentive programs exclusively for WAON Members. Registering for WAON POINT program membership is completely free. The WAON POINT program is a completely free loyalty program, without any initiation, usage fees, or any unusual charges. Members can accumulate WAON Points immediately after successfully registering for Member’s Accounts by making purchases of goods or using services at AEON Vietnam’s Shopping Stores and Participating Partners’ Shopping Stores according to the Program's Policies and Terms & Conditions. Customers install and register a WAON POINT Program’s member account directly from the AEON Vietnam Mobile Application or the Mobile Applications of Participating Partners. Each Customer shall only register one (01) Member’s account using one (01) mobile phone number and one (01) Personal Identification Document. Customers registering for the member’s account must meet the following requirements: Agree to and comply with the provisions of the Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Personal Data Protection Policy of the Program. Members can update information on AEON Vietnam’s Mobile Application, except for following registered details: Phone number, Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Type and Number of Personal Identification Document. If Members need to change these details, please contact following support channels: Or After Member has registered and become a member of WAON POINT program, Member can terminate the Program participation by contacting following support channels: Or Accumulated WAON Points are valid for up to two (02) years based on the date on which WAON Points are originally added to Member’s Accounts after the registration. The original month of accumulating WAON Points for the first time is considered reference month of accumulating WAON Points. From the second year onwards, WAON Point expiration date will fall on the last day of reference month. Member can accumulate WAON Points by purchasing goods/services at AEON Vietnam’s Shopping Stores and Participating Partners. Based on total payment value of completed, non-cancelled, non-returnable and non-refundable transactions in VND by Members, WAON Points are calculated as follows: Bills with tens of thousands less than VND 10,000 are not combined to accumulate WAON Points. Members can only earn WAON Points when making purchases and cannot earn WAON Points after completing the purchase. In case WAON Points are not credited within 12 hours after purchase completion, Member can contact our Customer Services as follows: Or After 10 minutes from successful conversion, the converted WAON Vouchers can be used. The detailed applicable terms and conditions, and expiry date or the valid period of each WAON Voucher shall be displayed on that WAON Voucher. WAON Voucher has use validity within 6 months from its conversion from WAON Points but not later than October 6th, 2026. Members can use more than one (1) WAON Voucher for one (01) order/Purchase Transaction. Member shall provide Cashier with valid WAON Vouchers that Member want to use for scanning each WAON Voucher’s code. There are Six (06) types of WAON Vouchers are available for conversion from WAON Points, including: If WAON Points accumulated from any transactions have already been redeemed into WAON Vouchers and Member requests for return of WAON Voucher to recall the WAON Points, the request shall not be accepted. WAON Voucher has use validity within 6 months from its conversion from WAON Points but not later than October 6th, 2026. In case of WAON Voucher expiry (due to Member’s subjective and personal reasons), ACSTV has no responsibility to handle the expired Voucher and exchange those expired vouchers into new valid vouchers. When losing mobile phone with the Program-linked Mobile Application installed, Members should immediately report the incident to ACSTV or call hotline: 1900 5150 (ext: 2) for support in temporarily locking the member’s accounts from mobile application accounts to avoid mis-use of WAON Points and WAON Vouchers by others. ACSTV has the right to freeze/terminate the membership and cancel all Member’s accumulated WAON Points upon discovering any violation of that Member of the Program’s Policy, Terms & Conditions. At any time after members registered their member’s accounts, members may terminate their participation in the Program by contacting the support channels. The competent state agency requests cancellation for investigation purposes, and/or other purposes as requested by the competent authority.
