You can redeem your accumulated WAON points into WAON Voucher by following these steps:
Step 1. Click "Voucher" on the mobile app. Choose “WAON POINT” Tab.
Step 2. Choose "Redeem Voucher/Coupon" Tab
Step 3. Select the "WAON Voucher" you want to redeem
Step 4. Fill in the quantity of "WAON Voucher" that you want to redeem
Step 5. Confirm to redeem voucher
Note:
- WAON POINTs earned first will be used to redeem to WAON Voucher first
- The redemption policy may change according to promotions or from time to time.
- Accumulated WAON Points are valid for up to two (02) years based on the date on which WAON Points are originally added to Member’s Accounts after the registration. The original month of accumulating WAON Points for the first time is considered reference month of accumulating WAON Points.
- From the second year onwards, WAON Point expiration date will fall on the last day of reference month.
