In recent times, cybercrime has been on the rise, with increasingly sophisticated methods used by fraudulent individuals and organizations. These individuals exploit customer trust by impersonating legitimate companies and businesses to carry out scam activities.

Currently, some individuals and organizations are illegally using the name, image, and logo of companies and businesses under the AEON Group to impersonate them. They invite customers to join online groups on platforms such as Zalo, Messenger, etc., or persuade them to participate in organizations or groups for the purpose of conducting or soliciting fraudulent transactions, purchases, investments, or money transfers into bank accounts controlled by these impersonators.

Due to the above concerns, the WAON Membership Point Program (also known as WAON POINT) would like to inform our customers as follows:

1. No association with impersonators: WAON POINT program has absolutely no connection with any individuals or organizations that illegally use our name and logo for fraudulent, scam purposes.
2. No requests for money transfers: WAON POINT program never requests customers to transfer money under any circumstance to receive any kind of material or non-material benefits, such as commissions, discounts, interest, rewards, job referrals, travel opportunities, etc.
3. Official communication channels: All information related to the WAON POINT program is only published via official channels owned and managed by ACS Vietnam and authorized program partners. The list of official channels is attached to this announcement:
